“Loss Prevention had a man in custody for trying to make a large purchase with a fraudulent credit card. He was accompanied by other subjects who were seen getting into a minivan,” the Police report said.
Only In Philadelphia was the only one at the scene where we witnessed a UMPD Police car turn on his LED strobes and veered into the opposite lane to blockade a Chrysler Minivan.
