“One two Freddie’s coming for your three four better lock your doors” the sheer horror of this quote can only make us think of one scary movie villain, Freddy Kreuger.  After the 25th anniversary of the film director Wes Craven passed the baton to the new directer of Nightmare on Elm Street Samual Bayer.

It gives Krueger a new backstory – he’s seeking vengeance for wrongs done to him when he was a maintenance man at a day care center.   The original Freddy Krueger belongs to Robert Englund, who made the character an imp and a wiseacre, and seemed to understand that while Freddy could kill you in your dreams, he also wore a bad sweater and a stupid hat.The new Freddy played by  (Jackie Earle Haley) This new Freddy is not much of a jokester as he was int he other Nightmare on Elm Street series, instead he is a heartless killer out for teenage death!

The movie comes out this Friday and is a must see for horror movie buffs everywhere.
