April 22nd is known for the celebration of Earth day all around the country.  Here in Philadelphia the day arrives with a extra treat as the weather outside is beautiful.  It is in the low seventies and the sun is shining.  At Arcadia University many students can be seen outside on the huge lawn beach as we call it lounging and enjoying the day.  There is also an exhibit going on outside selling earth day merchandise such as pottery and healthy foods.

Take a second out of your busy day today to have some time alone with mother nature.  Enjoy the day, maybe even water a plant or plant a tree.   With all the hustle and bustle of the city we sometimes forget about mother nature.  Its important especially today to give back to the outdoors!
