Well 50 Cent has lost a shocking 54 pounds in 9 weeks, and if I can say looks to be dying.  But have no fear it’s only a movie!

It turns out he lost this weight for his upcoming movie ‘Things Fall Apart,’ in which he plays a cancer-ridden football player, according to ThisIs50.com.

50 is co-producing the film with Randall Emmett, his partner in Cheetah Vision Films.
