Bam Magera Hospitalized after Bat Beating Outside His Bar in West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA — TMZ reports that 59-year-old Elizabeth Ray was charged with assault after she attacked Bam Margera(30 years of age) with a baseball bat outside of his bar, The Note on Saturday at 2am.  She tells the Philadelphia Daily News that she is innocent and Bam is “a jackass just like his movies.” Ray claims Bam called her the N word during a verbal argument.
