LOS ANGELES — Although this didn’t happen in Philadelphia, I thought I could share a laugh with you all.  Last night, As you all may have known, the LA Lakers have defeated the Boston Celtics in game 7 to take the NBA Championship.  You gotta give credit to both teams for such a well fought series.  The Lakers definitely fought harder and deserved the repeat, but with any sports there are always some good bloopers that follow it — mainly because it’s live.

Ron Artest

Well we gotta report on Ron Artest.  He had the most hilarious interview EVER after the win.  He is quoted by thanking, “everybody in my hood, all my lawyers, my wife, my kids, everybody, my doctor Sandy, my psychiatrist, who really helped me relax a lot, and told me I would make a three-pointer” and he even thanked ESPN reporter Doris Burke and hugged her.  Not one mention for the coach or the rest of the team.

The reporter had no choice but to cut this complete non-sense of a interview off, but we had phoned Ron directly after to get anyone he had missed.  (Unofficially, LOL)

1. Elton John, your songs really got me through the tough times.

2. The fan I beat up back in 2006 when I played with the Sacramento Kings, sorry my dude!

3. Waldo, from the book “where’s waldo”, although I could never find that mofo!

4. My kindergarten teacher who taught me how to share.

5. Last but not least, KFC for always bringing home the chicken!

Let’s just hope the 76ers have a better season next year!  NBA Champions 2011!
