PHILADELPHIA – On Friday, July 2nd let the fireworks begin at Octo Waterfront and Grille located at 221 N. Columbus Blvd in Philadelphia.  A team of event experts have just left the lab with a promise of a one night cure for the nightlife in Philadelphia.  OnlyInPhiladelphia.com and DNA-Nightlife.com have organized a night with more than fireworks, a ultimate “Red, Wet and Blue” Independence Party.

The Red, Wet and Blue themed event comes just in time for the Independence holiday.  The event offers drink specials, mini pools, water guns, beach games and a four turntable set featuring Philly’s most influential DJS – DJ Bizz and DJ Eddie Edge.

The event will feature a bikini competition where local hotties will compete for the cash, prizes and even the chance to be featured on Bare Feet Shoes’ 95 Billboard and their full spread magazine ad in Philly Mag.  The judges for the competition are Gervase from CBS’s Survivor, Trevor Lord who was the finalist and Scott Goldfarb the 2nd runner up in the recent Double Shot at Love show on MTV.  Bare Feet Shoes will also have their representative there to help in finding their next featured hottie.  Females interested in entering the competition need to email their full name along with a few photos to models@rockhardmarketing.com.

Octo Waterfront is home to several of Philadelphia’s most influential summertime events.  They host the Mojito Party on Saturdays and the world famous Sundae party every Sunday.  They also hosted Fashion Up and Donovan Mcnabb’s white party.  Their superb dining specializes in seafood and offers a fantastic view of the river.  Boat slips are available within for anyone interested in docking their boat for a nice lunch or dinner on the waterfront.

The event starts at 10pm and ends at 2am.  It is encouraged to arrive early to void any wait.  Admission is $10 before 12am and $15 until close.  First drink will be included by the venue with entry.
