PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick earned honors as the NFC’s Offensive Player of the Month for September.

Vick replaced an injured Kevin Kolb just before halftime in Week 1 and responded with one of the hottest months of any player in the league.

He completed 61% of his passes (54-for-89) for 750 yards and six TDs with no interceptions. Vick also added 170 yards rushing and a running touchdown.

He has helped the Eagles to a 2-1 record, and they have outscored their opponents 80-49 since he was inserted into the lineup.
